Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Member Rieke offered motion to'allow the pay rolls of X10817.88; Pay Rolls. special pay rolls of '$2221.00. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same offered motion to allow claims in the amount of $50604.92. Claims. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Smme offered motion that the Treasurer's report of collections in Sewer -Zone ',in. 2, in the amount of $11739.63, be accented and the Clerk authorized Spec. Street to issue proper warrant chargeable to the Special Street Improvement and Sewer Improve. & Viewer Lateral Lateral Fund. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Fund. Saue offered motion that the Treasurer' s' report of collections 6f Koller Plumb- p1077.17 on sewer bills in Zones 4 and 5, and payment of same to the Koller ing Company. Member Cole offered the folloi;'ing: ":'hereas it became necessary to readopt, and republish a certain ordinance assespinr the cost of the con- struction of storm and sanitary sewers in combined form in Sewer Zone No. 4, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, whereby the contractor, Koller Plumhinr Company losses interest on the amount of such cost assessments signed up for bonds under the ten ,year payment plan in the sum of y147,584.79, for the period of twenty- four days, amounting with interest at 6% per annum to the sum of x:590.34; '1i0 THEREFORE, Koller °�lumb- Ing Com^ary, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GEi'];RAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAIIUAH, Sewer Zone #4 Bonds.
