At an adjourned meeting, of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third
Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, July the 5th, -1927,
President Hannin presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered
to their names: Hannin, Cole, Davis, Danbar, Hendricks, Rieke and Tyree (7).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

to readopt, and republish a certain ordinance assespinr the cost of the con-
struction of storm and sanitary sewers in combined form in Sewer Zone No. 4, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, whereby the contractor, Koller Plumhinr Company
losses interest on the amount of such cost assessments signed up for bonds under
the ten ,year payment plan in the sum of y147,584.79, for the period of twenty-
four days, amounting with interest at 6% per annum to the sum of x:590.34; '1i0
