At a regulor meeting of the Board of P.1dermen held on the Third Floor of the. City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, February the 21st� 1927� President Hannin presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin, Bell, Cole, Davis, Dunbar, Hendrick, Rieke and Tyree (8). 1,1inutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. PRV roll. Member Rieke offered motion to allow the regular monthly pay roll for $8070.80. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). Same offered motion to allow the regular monthly claims for Claims. i $10101.01; special claims 5251.63. Adonted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). Clements Same offered motion that the Treasurer's report on sale of the' St.Imp.Bds. D.J.Ryans Clements Street Improvement Bonds and the settlement made with the D. J. Ryan Construction Const. Co. Comnany; also allowance of $12737.92, paid to contractor. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). Same offered motion that the report of the Treasurer of partial Koller Plumb. Co. settlement, made with the Koller Plumbing Company, on Sev.er Zone No. 5, be accepted. Se-wer Zone No. 5. Also allowance of 848362.39, paid the contractor. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). Same offered motion to ratify the Vayorfs appointment of Finis P.Dnoint- E.
