Ryan Construction Company's Contract No. 2, chargeable to the Gity of Paducah, for the Special Tax Bills. City's portion of costs for the hard surfacing Clements Street, amount 45775.82, D.J.Ryan Const. Co. Contract No. 2, be allowed, and that the clerk be authorized to issue proper warrant on Treasurer on the Hard Shrface Street Improvement Fund, same to be transferred to the Special Street Improvement Fund.
