On all of the roll the following answered to their names: Kennedy, Alliston,
Brooks, Cochran, Cole, Rieke, Yopp, Watts, BOUgene, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Mason,
;Zorrison, Omen, aoicer and Stewart. WO
On motion minutes of February tie 4th, 1924, were adopted.as read.
On motion mtrutes of February the 13th, 1924, were adopted as read.
Councilman Cochran offered the following motion: That the communication
from Frank i;. Daugherty, Attorney Genera L, Frankfort, Ky., in regard to casting lot
for long and short term of Councilmen and Alderman, be received and filed. Adopted
on the call of the roll by the following. vote: Yeas: Kennedy, Alliston, Brooks,
Cochran, Cole, Rieke and Yopp, Clatts, Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Mason,
Morrison, Owen, Spicer and Stewart.
On motion meeting adjourned.
