Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same read an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORI7.ING THE ACCEPTANCE Ordinance. OF A CERTAIN DEED FROM W. Y. NOBLE CONVEYING A CERTAIN STRIP OF GROUND FOR THE Deed from EXTENSION OF KENTUCKY AVENUE IN T'E CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; CONFIRMING AND 71. Y . Noble. RATIFYING THE OBLIGATIONS AND AGREEMENTS IN SAID DEED CONTAINED TO BE PERFORMED BY SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT THE SAI DIV. Y. NOBLE, HIS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE AND MAINTAIN A SPUR OR SNITCH TRACK RUNNING ACROSS KENTUCKY AVENUE." Relief Sewer for Sewer District No. 2, prior to April 12 1926, for 1939.48, which was apnroved and recommended for allowance by the Joint Finance Committee in session Monday 1.7orning,April 5, 1926, be allowed and the Clerk authorized to issue proper warrant on the Treasurer for same. Adopted on the call of the roll:Yeas(7) Member Choate offered motion that the Mayor be authorized to accept Contract -and sign contract with the Cumberland Telephone & Telegraph Company for the use Cumberland Tel.& of certain poles and conduits by the City for the placing of wires and police and Tel.
