Proceedings of Fo:;RD of aLJERiiSi: City of Paducah NOVEMBER 16, 1925.
At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen hold on the Third Floor of
the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, November 16th, 1925, President Hannin
presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin,
Brooks, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke :end Yopp.(6).
The minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

Gentlemen:
On the first day of October, 1919, Stone & 17ebster assigned
to the Paducah Railway company all its rights, under the Ordinance of
the City of Paducah, passed on the 29th day of April, 1919, which was

,7e are informed that through oversight record of the notice
riven you of our assignment to the Paducah Railway Company was not made
in the regular record of the proceedings of the Commissioners.
This is to notify you again of that assignment and to request
you to mkke record of this notice given you pursuant to Section 1 of the
Franchise Ordinance above referred to.
