At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Hy., October the 5th, 1925, President Hannin presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answored to their names: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, umbar, Rieke and Yopp. (8). Member Dunbar offered the.following: "That the Sewer Corr:ittee and City Engineer recommend that the order given to the Board of Public Works to ' place F' sewer pipe under the houses at 9th and Caldwell Streets, be rescinded, as it is an unnecessary expense which will be taken care of next year by the storm nater sewer in that section." Member Choate offered motion that the claim of Chris Steinhauer in the :::suer amount of ;300.00, the purchase price of a motor cycle, bought by the Police 'cr and tcerrt. Fire Committee, upon approval and consent of the General uouncil, be allowed and charged to the Police Department. That the money received from the sale of horse amounting to ;125.00, be turned into the Treasury and credited to the Police Department so that the not; cost will be u175.00.
