At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third ( Floor of the City hall, in the City of Paducah, Aentucky, May the 18th, 1925, President !tannin presided, and ilpon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp• (7). Upon motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read+ Elrod hug. Co "ember Rieke offered motion that the Treasurer be authorized to pay the . Elrod Engineering Company 4981.41, as per their statement. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same offered motion that the Cemetery Committee be permitted to have flouters planted, at an expense of not over $50.00. Also to buy and install five Oak Grove new hydrants and repair plumbing at about s66.00, same to be charged to Oak drove Cemetery. apportionment. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same offered motion to concur in the recommendation of the Board of Open 2._ar':et. Public Forks in regard to leaving the open market on Ky, Avenue on 1st and 2nd.Streot Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same offered motion to concur in the recommendation of the Board of Public Xorks in authorizing the City Engineer to secure the right of way from Bradshaw property owners along the route of the proposed ditch to divert the water from Creek. Bradshaw Creek into Perkins Creek. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7).
