At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Yaducah, Kentucky, February the 2nd, 1925, President Hannin called the Board to order. Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their naives: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, Dunbar,_Rieke and Yopp. (8). The Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as corrected. Membor Rieke offered motion that we reconsider our action in regard to the two ordinances assessing property owners for Street Improvements, the contracts being, those of G. W. Katterjohn, Jr., and G. V9. Robinson Company. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). The Chief of Police of said City is hereby authorizAd to employ some suitable person for such work, who shall receive us compensation therefor the salary fixed and payable to the regular patrolman of said City."
