On motion of same, same was given first passage upon the call of the roll:

On motion the rules were suspended and ordinance read by title upon the call

At a Jojnt Meeting of the General Council held on the 3rd Floor of the City
Hall, in the City of raducah, January the 19th, 1925, President Hannin presided.
Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin,
W. E.
Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Occhnan, Dunbar, Kieke, Yopp, Riglesberger, J. E. Cochran, Crider,
Fleming„ Holt, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and Watts. (19).
Member Aieke offered motion to go into the election of a Wharf Master.
