At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on January the 19th, 1925, President Hannin presided. Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Hannin, Boyd, Brooks, Choate, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (6).
