At a call meeting; of the 3oard of .,ldermon held on the Third Floor of the City H ll, January the 2nd, 1925, President Colo presided: i Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Cole, Alli3ton, crooks, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (7). On motion the minutes of the meeting of December the 15th,e+ere adopted as read., 1 -;ember Rieke offered motion to receive and file the Mayor's call. Adopted on the call of tine roll: Yeas (7). Member Rieke offered the follcn^.ing: 17hereas in the year 1917 the City of Paiucah delivered to the southern Britililotic Company, ten City Street Improvement j Bonds which became due and payable on Januar 1 each p., y , year thereafter beginning in � So.3ithletic 1918; and lr::ereas it nor: appears that the Bond Which becomes due January 1, 1925, Co. Bonds corrected, 3no:�s upon its face, throufh error, that it is not due and payable until 1926; and i that the Bond which shall become due and payable January 1, 1926, through error shows i upon its face that the same Will not be due until 1927; and the Bond which becomes due January 1, 1927, through error shows upon its face that it is not due until January 1, 1928. NOW therefore be it resolved by the General Council of the City t of iaiucat:, that Frances allen, the City Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized and directed to corredt said due dates on the above ment.cned bonds, and to on the i first of January, 1925, pay the Bond which through error shows upon its fact that it _c not due until January 1, 1926. Member Cochran offered motion that the money collected by the City on the street oiling contract amounting to $4429.92, be refunded to the citizens in the amount paid by the respective citizens, and charge back to street oiling i assessment, account. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: Cole, Alliston, 1 Brooks, Cochran, Dunbar and Yopn. (6). Nays: Rieke (1). Sane offered motion that the money collected from the citizens on the street oiling assessment be transferred from the General Fund to a snocial fund i I to be deposited in Bank at interest.
