At a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen hold on the Third Floor of the
City :fall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, December the 15th, 1924, the meeting, was
called to order by the Clerk, and upon the call of the roll the following. answered to their
names: Alliston,, Brooks, Cochran, Dunbar, Rieke and Yopp. (6).

firm does not come under that class of manufacturers. Adopted on the call of the

in regard to Contract No. 3, George :. Katterjohn, Jr., re3arding sidewalks on
Flournoy Street being constructed next spring instead of being completed at the
