Upon tho call of the roll the following answered to their names: Colo, :.piston, Brooks, Cochran, Dtnbar, Rieke and Yopp. (7). The minutes of the previous meeting; were adopted as react. !?ember Rieke offered motion that the claim of 1Sr. Henry A. Fetter in the C1ai-, of amount of ,24.88 be allowed and the Clerk authorized to draw proper warrant on the Henry A. Pete^r. Treasurer charging same to contingent fund. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Same offered motion that the expenditures as show:,, as made through the Cashiers Fund be allolved and the Clerk authorized to issue proper warrant on Cashierls ?mind. Treasurer charring the respective departments as shorn thereon, in the amount of :49.1.57. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Member Cochran offered motion that Mrs. V. A. Tagnon be relieved of the ?L••s. V. n. TaZnon. 104. penalty on the October half of her City Taxes on account- of her absence from the City, amounting to 1.4.42, she to pay the cost of advertising amounting to ;4.00. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (7). Member Cochran offered motion that the Elrod Engineering Company of Dallas, Texas, be allowed Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Three and 59/100 '1"od Dollars on account of contract for services for making franchise with the Paducah ;later Company, same to be charged to contingent account.
