Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Cole, Alliston, Asheraft, Brooks, Cochran, Davis, Rieke and Yopp. (8). On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Member Cochran offered motion that the report of the Para; Commissioners, Report of as read, be received, and referred to the Auditor for verification. Monroe Street be received and filed. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas 8). P Same offered motion that the report of the City Solicitor, A. Y. Martin, ?.'.ary E. Ligon. relative to refund of 1.irs. Mary E. Ligon, be approved. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (8). Sano offered motion that the request of the Mothers Club for the refund '.°ot:^.er's Club of tr6.84, amount paid by them, as the June half of the City Taxes, be concurred in and the Treasurer is hereby instructed to refAnd the amount and cancel the remaining half of City taxes, and the City Assessor to strike from the Assessor's book the piece of property at #1210 Bernheim Avenue, owned by the Mothers Club. Member Rieke offered motion that the report- of Treasurer be accepted and filed, and that the Mayor and Treasurer be authorized to renew note in the amount of 28216.82 ?;qtC at 5 1%2 per cent with the Citizens Savings Bank for a period of six months, and we are Lai;:. advised by Mr. E. E. Bell that it will be at least that length of time before another dividend will be paid from the Ohio Valley Bank.
