On motion of same, same was given first passage upon the call of the roll by
the following vote: Yeas: Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Kerth, L'ason, 3'orri31h,
Omen, Rigglesberger, Spicer and Steuart. (11).
On motion the rules were suspended and ordinance was read by title upon the
call of the roll: Yeas: Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Kerth, slason,
ISorrison, Owen, Rigglesberger, Spicer and Steuart. (11).
On motion of same, same was given second and final passage upon the call
of the roll: Yeas: Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Kerth, 1.1-ason,-"orrison,
Owen, Rigglesberger, Spicer and Stewart. (11).

( Aldermen in accepting the bond of Whittemore and Rouse as contractors. Adopted on

On motion meeting adjourned.
At a regular meeting to be held by the Board of Councilmen in the City
Hall In the City of Paducah, Ky., September the 1st, 1924, the Clerk called the
Board to order, and as there was no quoram present, the Board on motion adjourned
until Wednesday night, September the 3rd, 1924, at 7:30 P. Pd.
