At a call meeting; of the Board of Councilmen, held on the Third Floor of
the City gall, in the City of Paducah, 7.y., May the 12t -h, 1924, .the meeting was called
to order by President watts.
Upon the call of the roll the following answered to thAir names: watts,
Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Kerth, Mason, Morrison, Owen, Rigglesberger, Spicer
and Stewart. (12).
The Mayor's call was read.
?:ember Cochran offered motion that the resolution be adopted as read, in
Trcuisfer proper- accordance with the recommendation of Railroads, Telephone & Telegraph Committee, in

Telephone & Telegraph Company. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: watts,
Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Rigglesberger, Spicer and Stewart.

Elember Kerth was excused from the meeting by President Watts.
Member Cochran offered motion that the Appointees named by the I-layor to the
Appointees named
to office of office of Board of-Plumbirg Examiners, and for Plumbing Inspector; Ernest J. Baumgard,

Member Riglesberber offered motion that the resolution be adopted as read
accepting the application of J. h. McIntyre, for change in alley in Block 111011, of
J. R. :'clntyre. Charles K. wheeler's Addition to the City of Paducah, and the alley described in the
deed of dedication from J. R. McIntyre & wife, is hereby.:accepted. Adopted on the
call of the roll: Yeas: watts, Bougeno:, Cochran Crider, Jacobs, Mason, Morrison,
Ogen, Rigglesberger, bpicer and Stewart. (11).
