At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen hold on the Third
Floor of the City Hall, in the City of raducah, Kentucky, December the 20th, 1926,
President Johnston presided, and upon the call of the roll the following ansf:ered to
their names: Johnston, Brummett, Crider, Doherty, Duvall, Fleming, Jacobs, Korth,
Owen, Stewart and •atson. (11).
Vinutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read,
Vember Jacobs offered motion to receive and file the communication
Incinerator from the Vayor relative to not putting a damper in the smoke stack of the Incinerator
Plant.
