At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen hold on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, October the 18th, 1926, President Johnston presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Fleming Johnston, Brummett, Crider, Doherty, Duvall,/Jacobs, Owen, Stewart, Vogt and 1,7atson(ll) Member Doherty offered motion to expunge from the minutes of October the 4th, motion adopted by the Board of Councilmen concurring in the action of the Board of Aldermen accepting bid of Ezzell Lackey for property owned by the, City on Ezzell the Northeast corner of 13th and Trimble Streets, and directing the Mayor to make deed Lackey. Lot 13th & for same. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: Johnston, Brummett, Crider, Doherty, Trimble. Duvall, Fleming, Stewart and Vogt (8). Nays: Jacobs,Owen and Watson (3). Minutes of the previous meeting wore adopted as corrected.
