At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Third Floor of the City hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, April the 5th, 1926, President Johnston presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Johnston, Brummett, Crider, Doherty, Fleming, Jacobs, Kerth, Owen, Stewart, Vogt, 'Matson and Natts.
