At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of raducah, November the 16th, 1925, President Riglesberger presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Riglesberger, Cochran, Fleming, Holt, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Stewart and '�atts. (9). Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read, Member Mason offered motion to receive and file the dertificate Clarence Vogt, of election of Clarence Vogt, Councilmen from the Fifth '.Yard. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (9). Said certificate as follows: STaTE OF Km1TU(;21,Y )SCT. NOV.6, 1925. ,COUNTY OF McCRaCKEN ( We, Roy Stewart, Ernest Lackey and L. C. Mitchell, duly authorized to canvass the returns of the County of McCracken, do certify that at an election held in said County on the Third day of November, 1925, Clarence Vogt was duly elected to fill the office of Councilmen Fifth }Yard, short term. Roy Stewart; Ernest Lackey,Elliott C.Mitchell President Riglesberger appointed Member Vogt Chairman of Finance Committee. Member Mason offered motion to concur in the recommendation of the City Solicitor in regard to paying Lilly Rieke Clark, $450.00 for a strip of Lilly Rieke Clark.. ground located between 17th and 19th Street for the extension of Olark Street. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: Riglesberger, Cochran, Fleming, Holt, Johnston, Eason, Stewart, Vogt and 'Natts.(9). Member Kerth not voting. Member Cochran offered motion to concur in the recommendation of the Abe Shub not Jacobs and Fox City Solicitor in regard to/deducting personal property tax from Tax Bill No. 3665 a,aainst Abe Shub to be paid by Jacobs and Fox. Relief Se;•ier. to make contract with the Koller Plumbing Company for building a Relief Sewer, in District No. 2. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (9).
