Said note renresents money borrowed on the certificate of time deposit from the Ohio Valley Bank & Trust Company to make final settlement with E. R. Harding & Co., upon completion of Sewer District No. 3. Also that allowance for: six months interest be made in the amount of `246.50 and the Clerk Instructed to issue proper warrant on Treasurer charging; same to Sundry Interest.
