Rirl€sberger presided, and upon the cell of the roll, the following answered to
their rur..es: Riglesierger, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Johnston, Kerth, f,Iason,

Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and :iatts. (10).
On motion same was given second and final passage upon the call
of the roll: Yeas: Riglesberger, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Johnston, Kerth,
Mason, 0•aen, Stewart and Watts. (10).
On motion meeting adjourned.

TO BE HELD ON THE REGULAR ELECTION DAY, NOVEITBER 3RD, 1925, TO DETI-RI]INE THE

OF-7itaYS, THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1c HARD SURFACE ROAD WAY OR STREET TO UNION STATION,
THE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF INTERSECTIONS AND OT-IER NECESSARY COSTS, PtaYABLE BY @HE
