(10). Mayor's call received and filed. upon the call of the roll: Yeas: Rirlesberger, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and :iatts. (10). On motion same was given second and final passage upon the call of the roll: Yeas: Riglesberger, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, 0•aen, Stewart and Watts. (10). On motion meeting adjourned. ADOfyflED Member Cochran offered motion to receive and file the communiation Lion's Club. from the Lion's Club, pleding their hearty co-operation in the event of can election in carrying all bonds issued. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas(10). Member Johnston read an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINnNCE PRO- VIDING FOR e11 ELECTION BY THE W,UnLIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF RALUCAII, KENTUCKY, TO BE HELD ON THE REGULAR ELECTION DAY, NOVEITBER 3RD, 1925, TO DETI-RI]INE THE Ordinance. QUESTION 7.1idTHER THE CITY OFPADUCAH SHALL ISSUE AND SELL BONDS OF SAID CITY TO THE .treet Bond Issue. EXTENIT OF ONE HUNDRED AND 77ENTY THOU&ND ($120,000.00) DOLLARS FOR 'EHE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING AND EXTENSION OF STREETS, THE ACQUIRING OF RIGHT- OF-7itaYS, THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1c HARD SURFACE ROAD WAY OR STREET TO UNION STATION, THE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF INTERSECTIONS AND OT-IER NECESSARY COSTS, PtaYABLE BY @HE CITY OF PADUCaH, INCIDENT TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF HARD SURFACE STREETS, OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDnf10E '7ITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFIC.aTI0US PROVIDED THEREFOR; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTEW"ST ON SAID BONDS, AND TO CRRATEIa SINKING FUND FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AT MATURITY."
