At a regular meeting to be held by thv Board of Councilmen in the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Ky., September the 7t -h, 1925, the Clerk called the Bo:crd to order, and as there was no quoram present the Board on motion adjourned until Tuesday night, September the 8th, 1925, at 7:30 P.
