At a call meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Tffiird Floor of the
City liall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, May the 20th, 1925, President Riglesborger
presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names:
RIGL'-:SSERGER, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Holt, Johnston, Mason, Owen, Stewart and Watts(10).
On motion the Mayors call was received and filed upon the call of the roll:

Member Ogren offered motion to receive and file petition from citizens protesting

Member Johnston offered motion that the rules be suspended, and that the

On motion of same, same was given second and final passage upon the call
