At a call meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Third Floor of
the City Hall, Thursday, TSay the 14th, 1925, President Biglesberger presided, and
upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Riglesberger,
Cochran, Fleming, Hummel, ffohnston, Korth,Mason, Owen, Stewart and "7atts(10)
Mayor's call read and on motion was received and filed.
Report on t?ember Hummel offered motion that the •:Yater Committee make official report
i:'ater Franchise.on 'Yater Franchise Ordinance. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: Cochran,
Fleming, Hummel, Kerth, Mason and ,7atts.(6)Nays: Riglesberger, Johnston, Owen and
Stewart. (4).
Member Crider came into rueeting.
The Light and Vater Committee offered as their report, an ordinance entitled
"AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OWN, ACgUIRE,
':later Fr•mchise. f::AINTAIN AND USE A WATER INORKS PLANT AND WATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM ?'+'ITHIN THE

Member Hummel offered motion that report be turned over to Ordinance
Committee- Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas: Cochran, Fleming, Hummel, nert4
Mason and Watts. (6). Nayst Riglesberger, Crider, Johnston, Owen and Stewart (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
