At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Third Floor of
the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Ky., May the 4th, 1925, in the absence of
President Riglesberger, the Clerk called the meeting to order. Upon the call of the
roll the follo.:ing answered to their names: Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Holt, Hummel,
Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and Watts.(11).
Member Watts was elected President Pro Tem.
