At a meeting of the Board o£,Councilmen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, April the 6th, 1925, President Riglesberger presided, and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Ri.,lesberger, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Holt, Hummel, Hohnston, Mason, Owens, Stewart and 17atts. (11). On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. President Riglesberger appointed Member Johnston as a member of the Cemetery Committee. The Mayor's communication was read as follows: "By virtue of authority Harold Hummel vested in me as Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, I hereby annointed y, y appoint Mr. Harold Councilman. Hummel as Councilman'for the Fifth Ward; appointment to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. George Jacobs."
