At a regular meeting of the Board of Councilmen held on the Third Floor of the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Febfluary the 2nd, 1925, President Riglesberger called the meeting to order. Upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: RiglesbeflFer, Cochran, Crider, Fleming, Holt, Johnston, Kerth, Mason, Owen, Stewart and r:atts: (11). On motion of member Owen the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read except that portion accepting the work done on Contract No. 1 by Robinson & Co. G•'::.:iatterjohn,Jr. G. -• Robinson & Company and on Contract No. 3 by G. til. Katterjohn, Jr. Yeas(11). Member Owen offered motion to receive and file communication from the Communication frc:: Kayor requesting the Council to reconsider the action in passing two ordinances "rlyor. Member Kerth offered motion to accept resignations of V% E. Ham and '-*. nation J. M.
