At a mooting of the General Council held on the Third Floor of the City
Hall in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, November the 17th, 1924, President Watts
called the meeting to order.
Upon the call of the roll the folloriing answered to their names: Watts, Bougeno,
Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, i°orrison, Owen, Rig;lesberger, Spicer and Stewart (10).
On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read&
