Upon the call of the roll the folloriing answered to their names: Watts, Bougeno, Cochran, Crider, Jacobs, i°orrison, Owen, Rig;lesberger, Spicer and Stewart (10). On motion the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read& I.?ember Rigglesberger offered motion to refer to the Finance Committee the 'xp :,^e communication from the Mayor regarding expenses of the Pest House. Adopted on the :est nouse call of the roll: yeas (10). member Kerth and Member biason came into meeting. 1, nioer Berth offered motion to receive and file the summons served on the unnons City of Paducah, by the McCracken county Circuit Court, in the case of J. Vallandingham, served on ji.ty. a�ainst the City of Paducah. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas (12). J.Vallanl- in.ha-n, Satre offered motion to refer to the City Solicitor and City Engineer for investi7ation the communication from Coleman Boyd in regard to sidewalks encroaching Coleman 3ovcj. on his property on North 11th Street.
