Chamber, in the City Hall, in the City of Paducah, Ky., July 4th. 1910., Upon call of i
the roll the following answered to their names; -Budde, Kroutter, Lally, Leigh, Mayer, and

On motion the Board adjourned as it van a National Holliday, to.men t Tuesday
night July 5th. 1910.

At an Ad,)airned meeting of the Board of Councilmen, called to order in the Coun-
oil Chamber, in the City Hall, in the City of P*dilnag, Ky., July 5th. 1910. Upon call of
the roll the following answered to their names -Foreman, Barnett, Budde, Duvall, Hannin,
Hartong Kreutzer, Lally, Leigh, Mayer, McCarthy and Wilson. (12)
On motion the minutes of the previous meeting was adopted as read.
On motion by member Hannin, a comunicatlon in regard to the Insurance rates & oto
for the City of Paducah, was referred to the Fire k Police Committee. `
On motion by the above, the Finance allows -nos for salaries h etc., for thi month
Of June and the last half for salaries, was allowed and the Clerk ordered to draw a war -
except the checks for the improvement of South 10th.St.
0 rent on the Treasurer for the respective amounts, Upon cal'. of the roll by the following

On motion by the above, all checks for the payment of property on South 10th. St.
for Boulevard puropses be made payable to Ji.ses P. Smith Mayor, same carried, Upon call

On motion by the above, the monthly report of the Treasurer i.nd Auditor was re-
` calved and filed.
On motion by the above, a salary of $40.00 was allowed Mine Maude Anderson for
„,�..arr✓ the month of June 1910 for novices rendered in the Treasurer's office, Upon call of the
roll by the following vote; -Yeas Foreman, Barnett, Budde, Duvall, dannin, Barton, Kreut-
