Smith and Watts. (10) . On motion the minutes of the previous meeting was adopted as read. On motion by member Hanning the Finance Committee's allowance for salaries sto., was allowed and the Clerk was authorized to draw a warrent on the Treasuere for the re-. speative amounts, upon call of the roll by the following vote;-Yeae Foreman, Budde, But- ler' Parley, Goodman, Rannin, Harton, Lenhard, Moore, Smith and Watts. (10) On notion by the above, J.R.Hall was refunded $2.97 over assessment.. On motion by the above! the Sewer Department includ&ng A.Franke a weeks vacation,, with pay, was granted. I. On motion by the above, a recomendation from the Street Copmittee that dirt be i purchased from Geo W.Katterjohn at 20 cants per yard, sane to be put on the West side -of big Pill on 6th street, upon call of the roll by the following vote; -Yeas Foreman, Budde, i Butler, Parley, Goodman, Hannin, Lenhard, I(oore, Smith and Watts. (10) On motion by the above, the raising of the Health Offioer's salary, was referred to the Finance and Ordinance Committees, to bring in an Ordinance.' On motion by the above, An ordinance was ordered brought in authorizing the. N I.Pollco Department to Photograph and take measurements of all suspect& and known criminals! On motion by the above, a bill of the Eureka Coal Co, was referred to the Pin- l lor+N feel "ones Committee. f h p Q On motion by the above,'that the Sewer.Inepeator'r office be removed to !bake I, ,room for the Bertillian System for tha Police Department, was referred to the Fire &.Polls Committee.
