ORDINANCE NO. 2002- & - 4-'M
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING
THERETO FROM THE TRI -COUNTY AREA DRUG TASK FORCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
agreement and all other documents relating thereto with the Tri -County Area Drug Task Force to
obtain a grant in the amount of $5,000.00 to be used for overtime expenses for the Drug Unit in
the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. This shall be charged to the Detective Division in the Paducah
Police Department.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
