(12) On motion the minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. 60 On motion by member Hannin,. City Treasurer Don P. Marton was authorized to burn, before the Board of Aldermen, this date bond #4 P.T.& A.R.R.due Oct lot., 1920amounting' tolfl000.00 for which.& draft for 7970o00 was paid to the City Natl Balk Paducah and charged to the Sinking Fund account. On motion by 'member Mayer, the monthly report of the Chief of Police, was recsiv-� ed and f iled. On motion by member Vogel, a Retail Caffee House livense was granted Etter & Billingsley and the Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland was accepted as their bonds- men, at 833 Caldwell Street, Upon call of therollby the following vote; -Yeas Foreman, Barnett' Broadfoot, Budde, Parley, Ford, Hannin, Lally, Mathews, Mayer, Roof and Vogel On motion by member Ford, the monthly report of the Rest to Milk Inspector, was C 1,,rooelved'and filed.
