At a 'call meeting of the Board of Councilmen, held in the Council Chamber, In
the City Hall, in the 9ity of Padusah, Ry., January 29th., 1912, upon call of the roll
I the following azrewerod to their names; -Foreman, Barnett, Broodfoot, Budde, Farley, Ford,

Hannin, Lally, Mathews, Mayer Roof and Vogel. (12)
On motion the Mayor's call was received and filed.
On motion by member Hannin, that the rules be suspended on a Sub -Apportionment
Gfor the year 1912, was lost, upon call of the roll by the following vote; -Yeas Foreman,.
;Barnett, Farley, Hannin, Lally,atd Roof. (6) Nays Broodfoot, Budde, Ford, Mathews, Maya;
Vend Vogel. (6)
On motion by the above, A RE,OLUTION GRANTING THF: MAYOR THE POWER TO APPOINT A
;�, RRFBFR OF THE PEST HOUSE AND REGULATING SA)Ai, was given its second and final passage,
'upon call of the roll by tho following vote; -Yens Barnett, Broadfoot, Budde, Ford,
Mathews, Mayer and Vogel. (7) Nays Foreman, Fnrley, Hannin, Lally, and Roof. (5)
On motion by the above, that the Original Apportionment Ordinance be placed, on
Its first passage, the Chair referred the same to the Finance Committee.
On motion by member Farley, that the Mayor be given the power to name a Com:dtts
•p•+,•-L`�of the General Council to not on the adtisibility of building a work House and that the
1Committee chosen by the Mayor,report back and If favorable reported by said Committee

Ordinance approprating the different suns of the Public Funds for the year 1912, was
granted, Upon call of the roll by the following vote; -Yeas Foreman, Barnett, Broedfoot,
Budde, Farley, Ford, Hannin, Lally, MathewsI Mayer, Roof and Vogel. (12)
On motion by the above, the Above Omdinence was given its second and final passe
