On motion by the above, the Cemetery Committee was given power to aot, in letting

On motion by member Lally, AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING V E SALE OF MILK AND OTHER
DAIRY PRODUCTS, AIM REGULATING THE SANITARY CONDITIONS OF DAIRIES AND MILK DEPOTS AND THE
CONDITION AND USE OF UTENSILS, VEHICLES, ETC. ,USED IN HANDLING, MANUFACTURING OR SALE. OF
�^ MILK AIX DAIRY PRODUCTS IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, was given its first peerage, Upon call of the roll by the following vote?
Yeas Foreman, Hannin, Barton, Kreutzer, Lally, Leigh and Msyer.(7) Nays Barnes, Broadfoot,
Duvall and Farley. (4)
On motion by the above, the rules were not suspended on the above, Ordinance, Up-
on call of the roll by the following vote; -Yeas Foreman, Hannin, Horton, Kreutzer, Lally,
Leigh and Mayer. (7) Naye Barnes, Broadfoot, Duvall awl Farley. (4)
On motion by member Hannin, t Ordinance Committee, was instructed to bring in

On motion by member Duvall, the City Jailer was authorized to grant the deputy
Jailer, a ten days vacation.
