AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND McGRATH
CONSULTING, LLC FOR A STUDY OF THE FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES -PHASE I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and McGrath Consulting, LLC in the amount of $35,210
for purposes of compiling a study of the fire and emergency medical services for Phase I within
the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Fire Department -Fire
Administration: Other account.
SECTION 3. In order to allow the consultants to start work immediately and
avoid any slippage in the project completion date, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall become effective immediately with one , Pay;,, a
