Home My WebLink About2002-5-6525ORDINANCE NO. 2002-5- 65-7Jp AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR STREETSCAPE PHASE III BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement and all documents necessary to obtain a matching grant in the amount of $300,000 from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for sidewalk and other streetscape improvements. The local required cash is in the amount of $75,000. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No 040-1203- 513-2307 (CD0052). SECTION 3.
