ORDINANCE NO. 2002-5- 0-70
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL,
INC FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE PARKS MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2001-10-6422, the City executed a
contract with Brandstetter/Carroll, Inc. for Consultant Services for the Parks Master Plan;

and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend this contract for additional
consultant services for location selection, conceptual building design, and cost and
revenue analysis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract amendment with Brandstetter/Carroll, in the amount of $9,300.00 for
additional consulting services for the Paducah Parks Master Plan, thereby increasing the
contract amount to $79,300.00.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah accepts the assignment of funds
from the Purchase Area Recreation Complex (PARC) committee in the amount of
$13,700.00 and transfer those funds to account no. 040-0000-481-4000 (PA0034).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
