AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A MATCHING GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATING THERETO BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOLF ASSOCATION
(USGA) HOOK -A -KID -ON GOLF PROGRAM AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
THE PARKS DEPARTMENT YOUTH GOLF PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
matching grant agreement and all documents necessary with the United States Golf
Association (USGA) for a grant in the amount of $1,000.00 to be used for the Parks
Department Youth Golf Program. The City will provide matching funds in the amount of
$1,000.00, for this project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to account no. 040-8821-
536-2307 (PA0036).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
