AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING
THERETO BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOLF ASSOCATION (USGA) AND
THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE PARKS DEPARTMENT YOUTH GOLF
PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
grant agreement and all documents necessary with the United States Golf Association
(USGA) for a grant in the amount of $2,000.00 to be used for the Parks Department
Youth Golf Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
