ORDINANCE NO. 2001-6-6361
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE TRI COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE FOR A FEDERAL METHAMPHETAMINE
GRANT AWARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Tri County Drug Task Force for a Federal
Methamphetamine Grant in the amount of $9,975.26 for miscellaneous equipment and
reimbursement for officer overtime.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to 013-1611-521-2307 (PO0021).
SECTION 3. In order to receive and expend these funds by the end of the grant
period , June 30, 2001, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately with one reading.
