ORDINANCE NO. 2001-6-6360
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2001-3-6340
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2001-3-6340, entitled, "AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
BEHIND 2513 BRIDGE STREET", is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. In order to adopt a new ordinance authorizing the closing of
this alley, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately with one reading.
