AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO PAY JAMES MARINE FOR REPAIRS TO NO.4 PUMPER FIRE
TRUCK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the sum of $10,391.12 to James Marine for repairs to No. 4 Pumper Fire Truck.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-
1802-522-3301.
SECTION 3. In order to make repairs to this life-saving equipment, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
immediately with one reading.
