AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH MONUMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR
LIFE INSURANCE FOR ALL REGULAR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH WORKING A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS EACH WEEK AND OTHER ELIGIBLE
EMPLOYEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Monumental Life Insurance for life insurance for all regular full-time employees
of the City of Paducah working a minimum of 30 hours each week. The employees are classified
as follows:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
