AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID FOR SALE TO THE CITY
OF COMMERCIAL GRADE MOWERS FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT/GROUNDS DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Richards' Small
Engines, in the amount of $23,788.00, for sale to the City of four commercial grade
mowers, for use by the Public Works Department/Grounds Division, said bid being in
substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of Richards'
Small Engines, of October 20, 2004.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Richards' Small Engines, for the purchase of four commercial grade mowers, authorized
in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.

SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to the Fleet Lease Trust

become effective upon summary publication
