ORDINANCE NO. 2004-9-6872
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PAXTON PARK GOLF BOARD FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
TRANSFER FUNDS TO SAID BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paxton Park Golf Board in the amount of $35,000.00 for specific services
for the Paducah area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2005.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $35,000, from Commission Contingency to Paxton Park General Fund.
