ORDINANCE NO. 2004-7-6844
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY OFFICE
OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT/DES FOR PROVIDING COMMUNITY
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS SERVICES
C, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Paducah -McCracken County Office of Emergency Management/DES in the
amount of $20,000.00 for providing community emergency preparedness services for the
Paducah/McCracken County area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2005.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Paducah -McCracken
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
