AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
COMMISSION CONTINGENCY FOR SAID CONTRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paducah Symphony Orchestra in the amount of $15,000 for specific
services. This contract shall expire June 30, 2005.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $15,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Paducah
Symphony account.

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
