AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH EXECUTIVE INN FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Executive Inn in the amount of $20,000.00 for recruitment of fishing
tournaments for the Paducah/McCracken County area. This contract shall expire June 30,
2004.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $20,000, from Commission Contingency to Economic Development account.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Economic
Development account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
